General Terms and Conditions
Application and Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order through our online shop, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms also extend to any future commercial interactions with businesses, unless explicitly agreed otherwise by us. Any conflicting or additional terms proposed by businesses shall not be valid unless expressly approved by us.
Contractual Partner and Formation of Contract
The contract is established with Meallio MB.
Placing products in the online shop constitutes a binding offer. You can add or remove items from your shopping basket before submitting your order. Clicking the order button confirms your acceptance of our offer. Upon submission, you will receive an email confirmation.
Language and Contract Preservation
The contract is conducted in English. We retain the contract text and provide you with order details and Terms and Conditions on a durable medium. You can access the contract text in your customer login area.
Delivery Terms
Delivery costs may be applicable and are detailed in individual product offers. We only deliver goods; customer pick-up is not available.
Payment Methods
We offer the following payment methods in our online shop:
- Credit Card: Your card will be charged immediately upon order placement.
- PayPal, PayPal Express: Payment is processed through PayPal upon order submission.
- Google Pay: Payment is processed immediately after order submission through Google Pay.
- Apple Pay: Payment is processed immediately upon order placement through Apple Pay.
- Amazon Pay: Payment is processed within one banking day after order placement through Amazon Payments Europe.
Right to Cancel
Consumers have the statutory right to cancel, as outlined in the cancellation instructions. Businesses are not entitled to a voluntary right to cancel.
Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment is received.Delivery Damage
For consumers, please report any visible delivery damage to the carrier and notify us promptly. Failure to do so does not affect your legal rights. Businesses assume the risk upon delivery to the carrier.
Warranty and Guarantees
We are obligated to provide products in accordance with the contract. Unless specified otherwise, statutory guarantee provisions apply. Businesses are subject to specific warranty provisions.

Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages caused by us, our representatives, or agents. Except in cases of specified liability, our civil liability is limited to foreseeable and direct damages at the time of contract conclusion.
